Section 120(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A)(ii)— by inserting engineering or design approaches, after technologies, ; and by striking or contracting and inserting or contracting or project delivery ; and in subparagraph (B)(iii), by inserting and alternative bidding before the semicolon at the end.
