Section 1712 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ) is amended by striking March 31, 2016 each place it appears and inserting September 30, 2016 . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by striking fiscal year 2015 and inserting fiscal years 2015 and 2016 .
