Subsection
(h)of section 1222 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1992), as amended by section 1231 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. XXX), is further amended by striking December 31, 2015 and inserting December 31, 2016 . Subsection (i)(2) of such section is amended by striking During fiscal years 2013, 2014, and 2015 in subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)and inserting Through December 31, 2016 .
