Subsection
(a)of section 1233 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 393), as most recently amended by section 1222 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. yyy), is further amended by striking fiscal year 2015 and inserting fiscal year 2016 . Subsection (d)(1) of such section is amended— by striking during fiscal year 2015 may not exceed $1,200,000,000 and inserting during fiscal year 2016 may not exceed $1,260,000,000 ; and by striking the third sentence.
