Section 1595(c) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking not later than 10 years after the cause of action arose. and inserting the following: “not later than the later of— 10 years after the cause of action arose; or 10 years after the victim reaches 18 years of age, in the case of a victim who was a minor at the time of the alleged offense. .
