Section 1351(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking that employment and all that follows and inserting the following: “that employment— shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both; and if the offense results in sexual abuse or trafficking of a foreign national who is younger than 21 years of age, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both. .
