It is the sense of Congress that— those that provide intercept technologies that limit freedom of speech or expression to the Government of Iran should be held accountable for the repression of the Iranian people; and no person should use an existing contract with the Government of Iran as a justification to continue to supply intercept technologies to the Government of Iran for purposes of restricting the free flow of information.
