Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, the Secretary of Commerce, in conjunction with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury, shall make publicly available and update as appropriate a list of persons who are high-risk re-exporters of sensitive technologies in order to seek to ensure that the Government of Iran or an entity owned or controlled by that Government is unable to obtain sensitive technologies through the re-export of such sensitive technologies by third-party intermediaries.
