Section 1021 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( Public Law 108–375 ; 118 Stat. 2042), as most recently amended by section 1011 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 126 Stat. 843), is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2014 and inserting 2016 ; and in subsection (c), by striking 2014 and inserting 2016 . Not later than 15 days before providing assistance under section 1021 of the Ronald W.
Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (as amended by subsection (a)) using funds available for fiscal year 2015, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a notice setting forth the assistance to be provided, including the types of such assistance, the budget for such assistance, and the anticipated completion date and duration of the provision of such assistance.
