Sec. 1213. Extension of authority for reimbursement of certain coalition nations for support provided to United States military operations

Subsection
(a)of section 1233 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 393), as most recently amended by section 1227 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2000), is further amended by striking fiscal year 2013 and inserting fiscal year 2014 . Subsection (d)(1) of such section 1233, as so amended, is further amended by striking during fiscal year 2013 may not exceed $1,650,000,000 and inserting during fiscal year 2014 may not exceed $1,500,000,000 . Section 1232(b)(6) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (122 Stat. 393), as most recently amended by section 1213(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1630), is further amended by striking September 30, 2013 and inserting September 30, 2014 . Subsection
(d)of section 1227 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (126 Stat. 2000) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking ; and in fiscal year 2013 in paragraph (1), by striking Effective as of the date of the enactment of this Act, and all that follows through remain available for obligation and inserting No amounts authorized to be appropriated for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2014 or any prior fiscal year .
