Section 1216 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4392), as most recently amended by section 1218 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1990), is further amended— in subsection (a)— by striking $35,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 ; and by striking for fiscal year 2013 and inserting for fiscal year 2014 ; and in subsection (e), by striking December 31, 2013 and inserting December 31, 2014 .
