Section 25(a)(1)(B)(i) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2034(a)(1)(B)(i) ) is amended— in subclause
(II)by striking and at the end; in subclause
(III)by striking or at the end and inserting and ; and by adding at the end the following: to provide incentives for the consumption of fruits and vegetables among low-income individuals; or . Section 25(b) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2034 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the Secretary of the Treasury shall transfer to the Secretary to carry out this section not less than $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter. Of the amount made available under this subparagraph for each such fiscal year, $5,000,000 shall be available to carry out subsection (a)(1)(B)(I)(IV). The Secretary shall be entitled to receive, shall accept, and shall use to carry out this section, the funds transferred under subparagraph
(A)without further appropriation. The funding provided under subparagraph
(A)shall supplement (and not supplant) other Federal funding made available to the Secretary to carry out this section. .
