Section 19(a)(2)(B) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2028(a)(2)(B) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: None of the funds made available to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico under this subparagraph may be used to provide nutrition assistance in the form of cash benefits. .
