(A)of section 257(d)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 ( Public Law 103–337 ; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended to read as follows: the State is eligible for the experimental program to stimulate competitive research under section 113 of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 1988 ( 42 U.S.C. 1862g ); and .
