Section 1241(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(a) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting and through fiscal year 2018 in the case of the program described in paragraph (1)(B) after
(7); and in paragraph (1), by striking subparagraph
(B)and inserting the following: $50,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 to carry out section 1235(f) to facilitate the transfer of land subject to contracts from retired or retiring owners and operators to beginning farmers or ranchers, socially disadvantaged farmers or ranchers, or limited resource farmers or ranchers. .
