§ 2721. Licensed public weighmaster—license
Any person who is 18 years of age or older wishing to be a licensed public weighmaster shall apply to the Secretary upon forms provided by the Agency and remit a fee of $25.00. Upon approval, the Secretary shall issue to the applicant a license certificate that shall expire on June 30 unless sooner suspended or revoked under section 2723 of this title.
