§ 2701. Ice
Ice shall be sold by weight. The net weight of ice dispensed by a vending machine shall be presented clearly and conspicuously on the front panel near coin slot. This section shall not apply to ice sold by hotels or motels and to be consumed on the premises. (Added 1967, No. 102, § 35, eff. April 14, 1967.)
