§ 892. Requirements
Before licensing a place of business under this chapter, the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets shall be satisfied as to the condition of the building, sanitation, refrigeration, and the general safety of the stored goods under the rules and requirements that the Secretary may deem proper.
