§ 891. License
Excepting frozen food locker plants, any person, as defined in 9A V.S.A. §§ 1-201 and 7-102, who stores eggs, as that term is defined in chapter 27 of this title, or produce, as that term is defined in section 851 of this title, for hire in quantities of 1,000 pounds or more shall first be licensed by the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
