§ 2353a. Permitted uses
In addition to the uses stipulated in the three districts enumerated in section 2353 of this title, the Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation may establish other permitted uses in conjunction with the development and adoption of a comprehensive management plan for the Camel’s Hump State Park. Due consideration shall be given to the relationship and compatibility of such permitted uses with the purposes established for each of the three districts. (Added 1975, No. 51, § 1, eff. April 15, 1975; amended 1993, No. 7, § 1.)
