§ 912. Temporary emergency permits
The Secretary or the Secretary’s designee shall expedite and may authorize temporary emergency permits under this title, pursuant to 3 V.S.A. § 2822(c). (Added 2003, No. 82 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
