§ 215. Severability of provisions
The provisions of any act are severable. If any provision of an act is invalid, or if any application thereof to any person or circumstance is invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. (Added 1969, No. 16, § 12, eff. March 11, 1969.)
