§ 1095. DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY REFORM.

Report .— Not later than one year after the effective date of this Act [probably means the effective date of title I of Pub. L. 108–458 , see below], the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on the progress made in the implementation of this title [see Tables for classification], including the amendments made by this title. The report shall include a comprehensive description of the progress made, and may include such recommendations for additional legislative or administrative action as the Director considers appropriate.
Congressional Intelligence Committees Defined .— In this section, the term ‘congressional intelligence committees’ means— the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
