§ 1094. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN.

“The President shall transmit to Congress a plan for the implementation of this title [see Tables for classification] and the amendments made by this title. The plan shall address, at a minimum, the following: The transfer of personnel, assets, and obligations to the Director of National Intelligence pursuant to this title. Any consolidation, reorganization, or streamlining of activities transferred to the Director of National Intelligence pursuant to this title. The establishment of offices within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to implement the duties and responsibilities of the Director of National Intelligence as described in this title.
Specification of any proposed disposition of property, facilities, contracts, records, and other assets and obligations to be transferred to the Director of National Intelligence. Recommendations for additional legislative or administrative action as the President considers appropriate.
