Pub. L. 91–513, title III, § 1101(a)(1) , Oct. 27, 1970 , 84 Stat. 1291 Sections, acts Feb. 23, 1887, ch. 210 , 24 Stat. 409 ; June 25, 1948, ch. 646 , §§ 5, 39, 62 Stat. 986 , 992, prohibited importation of opium by Chinese subjects and the trafficking in, in China, of opium by United States citizens. Sections 1 to 3 of said Act of Feb. 23, 1887 , were classified to sections 191 to 193, respectively, of this title.
