There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter (other than sections 2324 and 2327 of this title)—
(1)$1,229,568,538 for fiscal year 2019;
(2)$1,246,782,498 for fiscal year 2020;
(3)$1,264,237,452 for fiscal year 2021;
(4)$1,281,936,777 for fiscal year 2022;
(5)$1,299,883,892 for fiscal year 2023; and
(6)$1,318,082,266 for fiscal year 2024.
