Section 9 ( 20 U.S.C. 2307 ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act (other than sections 114 and 117)— $1,229,568,538 for fiscal year 2019; $1,246,782,498 for fiscal year 2020; $1,264,237,452 for fiscal year 2021; $1,281,936,777 for fiscal year 2022; $1,299,883,892 for fiscal year 2023; and $1,318,082,266 for fiscal year 2024. .
