In this subchapter:
(1)Commission The term “Commission” means the Rio Grande Natural Area Commission established by section 460rrr–2(a) of this title.
(2)Natural Area The term “Natural Area” means the Rio Grande Natural Area established by section 460rrr–1(a) of this title.
(3)Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
