§ 75.234. The conditions of the grant.

(a)The Secretary makes a grant to an applicant only after determining---
(1)The approved costs; and
(2)Any specific conditions.
(b)In awarding a cooperative agreement, the Secretary includes conditions that state the explicit character and extent of anticipated collaboration between the Department and the recipient. \[57 FR 30338, July 8, 1992, as amended at 89 FR 70328, Aug. 29, 2024\]
