(a)Subject to any applicable matching or cost-sharing requirements, the Secretary may fund up to 100 percent of the allowable costs in the applicant's budget.
(b)In deciding what percentage of the allowable costs to fund, the Secretary may consider any other financial resources available to the applicant. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1221e-3 and 3474) \[57 FR 30338, July 8, 1992\]
