§ 4003.33. Where to submit request for reconsideration.

A request for reconsideration must be submitted to the Director of the department within PBGC that issued the initial determination, except that a request for reconsideration of an initial determination described in § 4003.1(d)(2)(ii) must be submitted to the Director.
