Except as provided in §§ 4003.4 and 4003.5, a request for reconsideration must be filed within 30 days after the date of the initial determination of which reconsideration is sought or, when administrative review includes a procedure in part 4903 of this chapter, by the date that is specified in PBGC's notice of the right to request review. \[61 FR 34012, July 1, 1996, as amended at 75 FR 68205, Nov. 5, 2010; 85 FR 10284, Feb. 24, 2020\]
