The test procedure for measuring the energy efficiency of distribution transformers for purposes of EPCA is specified in appendix A to this subpart. The test procedure specified in appendix A to this subpart applies only to distribution transformers subject to energy conservation standards at § 431.196. [86 FR 51252, Sept. 14, 2021]
