Din.Oct. 28, 1978[[H.R. 2253](/us/bill/95/hr/2253)] *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ruben P. Din.[8 USC 1101](/us/usc/t8/s1101) note. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ruben P. Din may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101
(E)of the Act, upon approval by a petition filed in his behalf by Staff Sergeant[8 USC 1101](/us/usc/t8/s1101). and Mrs. Neal R. Olmstead, a citizen of the United States and an alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: *Provided*, That the[8 USC 1154](/us/usc/t8/s1154). natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
