89 STAT. 1165 Private Law 94–3 94th Congress An Act For the relief of Hendrika Koenders Lyne. July 7, 1975[[H.R. 1556](/us/bill/94/hr/1556)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That, for the purposes Hendrika K. Lyne.of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hendrika Koenders Lyne shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee.
Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to deduct one number from the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of the alien’s birth under paragraphs
(1)through
(8)of section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.[8 USC 1153](/us/usc/t8/s1153). Approved July 7, 1975.
