87 Stat. 1098 Private Law 93–2 AN ACT For the relief of Ronald K. Downie. June 21, 1973[[H. R. 1443](/us/bill/93/hr/1443)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ronald K. Downie. That the Comptroller General of the United States is authorized to settle and adjust the claim of Ronald K. Downie, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for the amount to which he would be entitled under section 5724a(a) (4), title 5[81 Stat. 204](/us/stat/81/204). of the United States Code, and the regulations issued thereunder without regard to section 4.1 d of the Bureau of the Budget Circular No.
A–56, revised October 12, 1966, representing expenses he incurred in selling his residence in Virginia and buying another in Fremont, California., incident to his transfer in June of 1967 as an employee of the Federal Aviation Administration from Leesburg, Virginia, to Fremont, California, for the convenience of the Government. Sec. 2. No part of the amount disbursed in the first section of this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,006. Approved June 21, 1973. That, for the purposes of sections 203 (a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality[79 Stat. 912, 915](/us/stat/79/912/915).[8 USC 1153, 1154](/us/usc/t8/s1153/1154). Act, Slobodan Babic shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien son of Petar Babic, a citizen of the United States: *Provided*, That the natural mother of the beneficiary, shall not. by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
