Aaron Tawil, USA.Aaron Tawil, a native of Israel, who served honorably in the United States Army from April 11, 1967, until his death on November 17, 1968, shall be held and considered to have been a citizen of the United States at the time of his death.

(a)the Secretary Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad, N. Mex.of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad, New Mexico, the sum of $3,390 as reimbursement for amounts contributed on or after December 15, 1968, to the Department of the Interior for the purpose of employing personnel necessary to keep Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico, open to the public every day of the week for the period of December 24, 1968, through May 1, 1969.
(b)The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad, New Mexico, shall identify any person who contributed for this purpose,, determine the amount so contributed, and reimburse said individual in such amount so far as possible from funds authorized by this Act.
(c)The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad, New Mexico, shall furnish to the Department of the Interior a report showing the disbursements of the appropriation herein provided for within six months after the enactment of this Act.
