80 Stat. 1666 Private Law 89–348 AN ACT To authorize the President to advance Major General Robert Wesley Colglazier, Junior, to the grade of lieutenant general. October 14, 1966[[S. 3500](/us/bill/89/s/3500)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Maj. Gen. Robert W. Colglazier, Jr. That the President is authorized to advance Major General Robert Wesley Colglazier, Junior (XXXXXXX, to the grade of lieutenant general on the retired list, effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, and Major General Colglazier shall be entitled to all the benefits of retirement in the grade of lieutenant general.

October 15, 1966[[S. 405](/us/bill/89/s/405)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gabriel A. and Vera Nahas. That the periods of time Gabriel A. Nahas and Vera Nahas have resided in the United States since their lawful admission for permanent residence on March 2, 1960, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality[66 Stat. 242](/us/stat/66/242).[8 USC 1427](/us/usc/t8/s1427).

October 15, 1966[[S. 1275](/us/bill/89/s/1275)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Vessel *Elva L*. That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 4132 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, as amended (46 U.S.C. 11), the Secretary of the Treasury shall cause the vessel Elva L., owned by Harold Bunker, of Matinicus, Maine, to be documented as a vessel of the United States, upon compliance with the usual requirements, with the privilege of engaging in the coastwise trade so long as such vessel is owned by a citizen of the United States.
