That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, George Pal tiras (Georgios Pal ouras) may be classified as an eligible orphan within*Ante*, p. 917.[8 USC 1101.](/us/usc/t8/s1101). the meaning of section 101 (b)(1)(F), and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said George Paluras (Georgios Palouras) by Mr.
Philip Paluras, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of[8 USC 1155](/us/usc/t8/s1155). the Immigration and Nationality Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Nationality Act, the minor child, Alva Arlington Garnes, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Edgar Taitt, citizens of the United States: *Provided*, That no natural parent of the beneficiary, by virtue of such parentage, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
