79 Stat. 1361 Private Law 89–75 AN ACT For the relief of Elizabeth Kam Oi Hu. September 21, 1965[[S. 135](/us/bill/89/s/135)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Elizabeth KamElizabeth Kam Oi Hu. Oi Hu, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of paragraph (5), subsection
(a)of section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, may Ise naturalized by taking, prior to one year after[66 Stat. 268](/us/stat/66/268).[8 USC 1481](/us/usc/t8/s1481). the date of the enactment of this Act, before any court, referred to in subsection
(a)of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act[8 USC 1421](/us/usc/t8/s1421). or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United State abroad, an oath as prescribed by section 337 of such Act. From and[8 USC 1448](/us/usc/t8/s1448). after naturalization, under this Act, the said Elizabeth Kam Oi Hu shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss.
