79 Stat. 1384 Private Law 89–129 AN ACT For the relief of Tony Boone. October 9, 1965[[H. R. 2358](/us/bill/89/hr/2358)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tony Boone. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act (Tony Boone alias Tony Moon) may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning*Ante*, p. 917.[8 USC 1101.](/us/usc/t8/s1101). of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr. and Mrs.
Raymond C. Proxmire, citizens of the[8 USC 1155](/us/usc/t8/s1155). United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Section 205(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, relating to the number of petitions winch may be approved, shall be inapplicable in this case.
