Samuel Hale.That Colonel Samuel Hale, 4534A, United States Air Force, is relieved of liability to the United States for the payment of so much of the aggregate amount of a loss of funds in his class B agent account that occurred during the period beginning on January 1, 1955, and ending on June 30, 1956, as has not been received by the United States before the date of enactment of this Act.
