66 Stat. 592 Public Law 520 chapter 701 AN ACT To amend the Act entitled “An Act relating to the compensation of commissioners for the Territory of Alaska”, approved March 15, 1948 (62 Stat. 80).July 12, 1952[[H.R. 3438](/us/bill/82/hr/3438)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alaska.Commissioners.[48 USC 116a](/us/usc/t48/s116a). That the Act entitled “An Act relating to the compensation of commissioners for the Territory of Alaska”, approved March 15, 1948 (62 Stat. 80), is amended to read as follows:
" “That, notwithstanding the provisions relating to fees earned by commissioners for the Territory of Alaska of section 11 of the Act of June 6, 1900, entitled ‘An Act making further provision for a civil government for Alaska, and for other purposes’, as amended (U. S. C., [31 Stat. 326](/us/stat/31/326).1946 edition, title 48, sec. 116), each such commissioner shall pay to the clerk of the proper division of the court only so much of the aggregate net fees earned during the calendar year by such commissioner as exceeds the sum of $7,500.

(b)of the Act of October 24, 1951 (Public Law 204, Eighty-second Congress), is hereby amended by inserting before the period at the end thereof a comma and the following: “or in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 3, 1950 (Public Law 636, Eighty-first [64 Stat. 395](/us/stat/64/395).[5 USC 61f–61k](/us/usc/t5/s61f/61k).Congress), for services rendered by a deceased postmaster, officer, or employee, during the period beginning July 1, 1951, and ending with the date of his death”. Sec. 2.
(a)Section 6
(b)of the Act of October 24, 1951 (Public [65 Stat. 615, 637](/us/stat/65/615/637).[5 USC 1113 note](/us/usc/t5/s1113); [3 USC 202 note](/us/usc/t3/s202).Law 201, Eighty-second Congress), and section 4
(b)of the Act of October 25, 1951 (Public Law 207, Eighty-second Congress) are each hereby amended by inserting before the period at the end thereof a comma and the following: “or in accordance with the provisions of [64 Stat. 395](/us/stat/64/395).[5 USC 61f–61k](/us/usc/t5/s61f/61k).the Act of August 3, 1950 (Public Law 636, Eighty-first Congress), for services rendered by a deceased officer or employee during the period beginning with the first day of the first pay period of such officer or employee which began after June 30, 1951, and ending with the date of his death”.
(b)Retroactive compensation shall be paid, in the manner prescribed by law for unpaid compensation due deceased officers and employees of the Government, for services rendered by any deceased officer or employee during the period beginning with the first day of the first pay period of such officer or employee which began after June 30, 1951, and ending with the date of his death, if such officer or employee was entitled to an increase in compensation comparable to increases in compensation granted by the Act of October 24, 1951 65 Stat. 612.
