The C.C.I.R. may form joint Study Groups with other Consultative Committees of the Union to study, and issue recommendations, on questions of common interest. 1073 § 7. The C.C.I.R. may appoint a representative to attend, in an advisory capacity, meetings of other Committees of the Union or other international organizations, to which the C.C.I.R. has been invited. 1074 § 8.
