XII, art. 25, 26 RR) (562–567) radiotelegraph operator’s special certificate or a first or second class radiotelegraph operator’s certificate; 562 *e)* ship stations equipped with a radiotelephone installation: one operator holding either a radiotelephone operator’s certificate (see 501, 512 and 513) or a radiotelegraph operator’s certificate (see 511 and 514); 563 *f)* aircraft stations except in the cases provided for in 564, one operator holding a first or second class radiotelegraph operator’s certificate, according to the internal regulations of the governments to which the stations are subject; 564 *g)* aircraft stations equipped with a radiotelephone installation: one operator holding, as the case may be, a radiotelephone operator’s certificate (see 501, 512 and 513) or a radiotelegraph operator’s certificate (see 511) according to the internal regulations of the governments to which the stations are subject.
ARTICLE 26 Authority of the Master 565 § 1. The service of a mobile station is placed under the supreme authority of the master or of the person responsible for the ship, aircraft, or other vehicle carrying the mobile station. 566 § 2. The person holding this authority must require the operators to comply with these Regulations. 567 § 3.
