The Secretary General of the Union shall be informed prior to the commencement of any Conference to be convened to conclude such an arrangement and shall be informed of the terms of the arrangement when concluded. 96 § 6. In accordance with the provisions of article 10 the International Frequency Registration Board may be invited to send representatives to participate in an advisory capacity in the preparation of these arrangements, it being recognized that in the majority of cases such participation is desirable.
