I, art. 1 RR)(31–42) 31 *Amateur Service:* A service of self training, intercommunication and technical investigations carried on by amateurs, that is, by duly authorized persons interested in radio technique solely with a personal aim and without pecuniary interest. 32 *Meteorological Aids Service:* A service of emissions of special radio signals intended solely for meteorological, including hydrological, observations and exploration. 33 *Standard Frequency Service:* A radiocommunication service for the transmission of standard and specified frequencies of known high accuracy, intended for general reception. 34 *Special Service:* A service not otherwise defined in this article carried on exclusively for specific needs of general utility, and not open to public correspondence.
