I, art. 1 RR)(18–30) 18 *Radiotelegram:* Telegram originating in or intended for a mobile station, transmitted on all or part of its route over the radiocommunication channels of a mobile service. Services 19 *Fixed Service:* A service of radiocommunication between specified fixed points. 20 *Aeronautical Fixed Service:* A fixed service intended for the transmission of information relating to air navigation, preparation for and safety of flight.
