Chap. LXVII.— An Act *granting a pension to Noah Miller, an invalid major of the militia.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, To be placed on pension list. That the name of Noah Miller, a major in the militia of Massachusetts, during the last war, be placed upon the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of twenty dollars a month, commencing the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five.
