LIX.— An Act *for the relief of Peter Shy, an Onondaga Indian.* July 9, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Peter Sky, an Onondaga Indian chief,To be placed on pension roll. of the state of New York, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay him at the rate of seventy-two dollars per annum, to commence on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and forty-one, and to continue during his natural life.
